Moxie | ft. Saphire

A little moxie never hurt anyone. If you've ever had a conversation with me about fashion or asked me questions about styling and how I pick my outfits, chances are I've told you that confidence is key. An outfit is nothing without the right attitude. This week I'm featuring my girl Saphire, who not only takes my advice and wears her outfits with confidence and a load of moxie, but utilizes those characteristics in all areas of her life as an aspiring teacher and as a strong and tenacious MS fighter.

This shoot was long overdue. Saphire and I have been planning a collaboration for literally months, and we finally made it happen! Not only did she kill these looks, she slayed these shots. Saphire is an all-around beautiful human being with such a powerful presence, and I'm happy to say I was able to represent her poise and personality through this outfit. This girl is a force. She literally fights for her life every day and is still flowing with strength and positivity. For this shoot, I styled her in this gorgeous black crop top with sequin details, paired with pin-striped navy pants and a long black trench coat for that classy chic appeal.  We added black and gold accessories to pull the look together from earrings to belt to the statement tear drop ring. You know I love a pop of color, especially with dark outfits, so these bright neon yellow heels and true red lips did the trick. And don't forget the moxie!
